One of the ladies at work was involved in a bad car accident last week so we took up a collection to get her a “pamper yourself” gift basket. I made this card to go with it and made it all purple because that is her favorite color.

My nephew turned 11 this past week….I’m a little late….better late than never, right? When I saw this image at Dearie Dolls I knew it would be perfect for him. I think Iron Man is his favorite but he loves them all.

One of the ladies at the retirement home asked me to make Sweet 16 Birthday cards for her triplet grandsons. Two of them are big into golf and one of them is into flying fishing so this is what I came up with.

Sketch: Try Stampin’ on Tuesday #160

Technique: Hybrid – Paper pieced and colored in photoshop. I colored some of the items in photoshop and then paper pieced the hat and clothes. The grass was colored with a Tombow marker.
