Birthday
100th, birthday, birthday card, border punch, Diane Daydream Designs, garden, gems, strawberry

Inside:
Enjoy every delicious moment of it!
One of the ladies at the retirement turned 100 on July 5th and they had a little party for her. I wanted the card to be special so I found out that her and husband use to have strawberry patches so I decided to use that inspiration for the card. I used an image from Preserving Sweetness Color Set at Diane’s Daydream Designs.
CHALLENGES:
1) July Card Challenge @ Scrapbook.com – Sketch Category – The original sketch came from Scrappy Sketches. Instead of the flags at the bottom I did rows of scallops.
2) A gem of a Challenge #124 – Spots and Stripes (I’m hoping the plaid counts as stripes)
3) Crafty Creations Challenge #267 – Let’s Party
4) Digi Sketch Challenge – In the Garden – strawberries are for sure in the garden!!
5) Seize the Birthday Challenge – Do a birthday card and if you want challenge yourself with doing the “topping”. I did not use the “topping” just did a birthday card.
SUPPLIES:
Digital Image: Preserving Sweetness Colored Image @ Diane’s Daydream Designs
Cardstock: Bazzill
Patterned Paper: digital paper – Strawberry Sweetness Digital Paper Pack @ Diane’s Daydream Designs
Inks: pre-colored digital image printed on Canon inkjet printer
Accents/Tools: Cricut, Alphalicious Cricut Cartridge, Recollections adhesive rhinestones, Xyron X, ribbon, Martha Stewart Edge Punch, pop dots

I have good news to announce!!! I’m a Design Team Member of Diane’s Daydream Designs!! Back in March I got a surprise email from Diane asking if I would like to join her team. I was flattered!! She has amazing images and is a Christian company which is just a blessing all by itself. I couldn’t join then as my plate was still full so I asked her if we could try in the summer. Well, here it is smack in the middle of summer so I’m going to jump in and design with these beautiful images.
