Music inspired cards

I had an order for a wedding with blues and grey tones and music themed…she is an opera singer. I didn’t get to April’s Card Sketch #2 – originally a Paper Craft Crew #235 – last month and when I looked at it I thought it would work for a wedding card. This is what I came up with and was very pleased with it.

Accents/Tools: Twine from Target, heart rhinestones, The Paper Studio Music embossing folder, EK Success 1/16 pop dots, cricut, Basic George Cricut Cartridge

So I needed a music themed birthday for a 96 year old (I made her one last year too). Since I had just made the music wedding card I thought maybe I could put flowers instead of hearts and this is how it turned out. The Recollections flowers were a RAK from TexasMomOf4 several years ago.

I made another one (see attached) but made it general birthday with a Happy Birthday embossing folder.

Accents/Tools: The Paper Studio Music embossing folder, Recollection flower pack, pink rhinestones, Doodlebug bright assortment twine, pink brads

I made the music one and still had a set of flowers left so I made another one just using a Happy Birthday folder instead.
