Hearts - wedding

I had an order for a wedding card with shades of blue and silver. I made this one using a sketch from the Card Sketch Challenge and I thought it was okay. My husband was not impressed so I went back to the drawing board and made a different card.

Lake Cabin

I have a customer that lives in a lake house so I made this card for her to give her husband for Father’s Day. I used the Cabin SVG from Miss Kate Cuttables.

Cardstock: Bazzill (Ivy, parakeet, Java, sea water, Bazzill Blue, smoky)
Accents/Tools: Gina Marie Designs Dies (stitched sky die set), Joy Crafts Die (clouds), xyron x, Xyron 510, EK Success pop dots

Bear - fishing scene

I made a lake cabin card scene (see above) and had extra supplies out on the desk from it. I then got an order from a lady that wanted her granddaughter (1 yoa) to give her uncle (17 yoa) a card for “uncle’s day”. He is a big fishermen and I know will teach her how to fish. So I had a bear left over and decided to pair him up with the lake scene. I thought it worked for a kid to give to an uncle. Stamping is not my thing but since I bought the set I thought I would use. The lady and her son “uncle” loved it!

Several Bear cards for Father’s Day

Bear - Papa Bear

I have a girl at work that calls her dad Papa Bear and she has a standing order for Father’s Day and Birthdays. So when my friend who sales Close to my Heart had the new stamps on her blog I knew the girl at work would want this bear. So even though I don’t like stamping and coloring I bought it. Took me a WHOLE day and lots of different bears to get a few I liked. I ended up making several different cards with the bear so that was good….helped pay for it a little bit! I stamped this one with just black ink and then water colored him in with Tombow markers.

Bear - Adventures to start

You remember the baby card I made with an adventure theme. Well this is the dad’s Father’s Day card from the new born. I figured I would use the bear and go with the adventure theme again. I stamped this one with versa mark and heat embossed it before coloring it in with Tombo Markers. Did the arms different then the last bear and have a different saying.

Another lady liked the bear and wanted it holding a heart. The set comes with a stamp heart and die. I used just the die and cut it from the same blue paper to make the card. I also stamped the bear with Versa Mark and heat embossed it before coloring it in with Tombow markers.

US Honor Flag in need of donations

Well I’m afraid if we don’t rally behind the US Honor Flag then the US Honor Network will no longer be around. He has set up a GoFundMe account as a last ditch effort to get donations to keep going. Heroes (Fire, Police, EMS, and Military) are being killed daily and he drives from one funeral to the next but he has not had enough donations to pay for the last 2 trips so I’m not sure but today’s funeral in Florida might be the last. Please, please share this link. If you can give great (even $5.00 will add up and help) but if you can’t please share the story. Thanks
