3D Birthday cards

I made this card for my Godmother’s Birthday.  I’m actually a couple weeks early with making it!! I used Sketch #3 from the October Card Sketch Challenge. Sorry the image is blurry. I couldn’t get a good photo. The bird image is 3D with several layers so that is why it looks that way.
Happy Mail Challenge – October 2020

Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill (pansy, heather)
3D Push Outs – Jeanine’s Art (Birds & Flowers (SB10318))
Embossing folder: Stampin Up – Sizzix Country Floral embossing folder

I do monthly crafts at a retirement home and we made these last year for Easter.  (I forgot to post that I made them)

TP Easter Bunny

I found them on Pinterest

They are made out of Toilet Paper rolls and paper! You can fill them with candy to give a nice decorative treat to somebody for Easter!

It’s the 22nd of the month….

So you know what that means!!……yep, it’s SVG release day for Clear Dollar Stamps!

There are three really cool files. I only had enough time to play with two but don’t worry there are cute examples done by other DT members!

First up is this really cool Watering Can! I filled mine with paper flowers (inspired by my friend Becki) but it can be filled with several things.

Check out Stacy’s blog (Twinshappy) for another sample of the watering can.

The other SVG file I played with is the Mini Car. A friend of mine is approaching the big 40 so I decided this would make a cute decoration for her desk! and at the party!!

Check out Stacy’s blog (Twinshappy) for her version. Or the version done by Lorie Ames (Live-Love-Laugh-Create). Or for a whole different take on it you must see Lisa Lara’s sample at Lisa’s Life Lines.

Lisa also did a tutorial involving her sample of the mini car and of the SVG Basket file, click HERE for the tutorial.

And the third SVG file is the Picnic Basket. Go to Stacy’s Blog (Twinshappy) or Lisa’s blog (Lisa’s Life lines) for samples. Super cute you won’t want to miss it!
