So this week I made the last of the Mother’s Day Cards that were needed for the people at work.

INSIDE: To the best Nana anyone could ever wish for! Happy Mother’s Day
I have a standing order for a guy at work to make a Flamingo card for his Grandma on Christmas and Mother’s Day. Here is this years Flamingo Best Nana anyone could ever wish for card!!
CHALLENGES:
1) May Card Sketch Challenge @ Scrapbook.com – Sketch 3 – original sketch is from The sweet Stop sketchChallenge Blog #144

One of the guys at work wanted a Mother’s Day card with a Rainbow theme since his mother loves rainbows. This card was inspired by a card I found on Pinterest – http://iminhaven.blogspot.com/2012/01/color-my-world.html I didn’t have a flower die or punch that would work for this so a trip to Michael’s was the solution. I bought a Martha Stewart anywhere punch of a butterfly. It was too big to do the original design so this is what I came up with.
I did a 2nd card and messed up on the punching so I put the sentiment on the outside. Which do you like better?? Please let me know as I want to make more and I can’t decide which one to do.
CHALLENGES:
1) May Card Challenge @ Scrapbook.com – Favorites Category – Recreate a card or sketch you’ve saved in your favorites either on this site, a blog, or Pinterest.

Here is another version but this one has the saying on the outside.
Which do you like better?? Please let me know as I want to make more and I can’t decide which one to do.

CHALLENGES:
1) May Card Challenge @ Scrapbook.com – Technique Category – Dimensional Banners

Inside: Happy Mother’s Day to a terrific mom!
I made this for another guy at work. He has 3 boys and he wanted that represent on the card. Since I was already making an Owl card for my boss who has 4 kids I stuck with the owls for this card too.
CHALLENGES:
1) May Card Challenge @ Scrapbook.com – Theme Category – Any Holiday. I did Mother’s day.

One of my bosses has 4 kids and likes his Mother’s Day card to represent that. Last year I did kid figures from Bugaboo so this year I went with owls.
