Using Green on Christmas Projects

WaitingForSanta

This card was inspired by the challenge at Sparkles Christmas Challenge #50 -your creation must be mostly Green and Christmas. When I found this image, Waiting for Santa, and saw he was already wearing Green I knew it would be perfect for this challenge! I like to use pre-colored images as I’m not great with coloring. I did sneak in a little red but I think it will still count as mostly Green. The cute twine was given to me by my friend, Deedee, so it was even more perfect to pair it with one of her cute images! I used and older sketch from Sketch~N~Scrap (card sketch #16) as my inspiration which is a current sketch at the March Card Sketch Challenge @ Scrapbook.com.

CHALLENGES:

1) Sparkles Christmas Challenge #50 – Use mostly Green and must be a Christmas card.

2) March Card Sketch Challenge @ Scrapbook.com – sketch #4

3) Completely Christmas Challenge #52 – add texture. My texture is the twine.

4) Craftyhazelnut’s Christmas Challenge #218 – Cut it up. I cut out the boy and pop dotted him on the card.
