I made this card for my niece. I was late sending it but better late than never I guess. I used the sketch from March 2019 Card Sketch Challenge – sketch #5. Original found here: http://sweetsketchwednesday2.blogspot.com/2019/02/sketch-153-with-bugaboo.html I turned it horizontal and left the ribbon off. I did add rhinestone which was part of the Product category of the March Inspirational Card Challenge.
The happy birthday was a section on a patterned paper piece that I cut out.
My last Christmas Order wasn’t due until Jan 12th so I was able to work on them the beginning of the month.
I couldn’t find Christmas Panda images that fit in my cuteness category….I’m probably going to have to break down and buy some clear stamps! So I just saw some Panda stickers in my stash the other day so I thought I would look at them and see if I could make them into a Christmas Card. Well this card design just came to me so I went with it. I was pretty excited how it turned out!
Thank you Trek for my Tim Holtz christmas word dies!!

This was the card for the lady’s SIL. She wanted a card that told him what a wonderful father and SIL he was. When I bought the paper in Branson and it had all these cute photo cards she picked one for SIL and one for her daughter (see next card). I used Nov Card Sketch #5 as my inspiration (original Tuesday Morning Sketch #427).

When I bought the paper in Branson and it had all these cute photo cards she picked one for SIL (see previous card) and one for her daughter. I used Jan Card Sketch #1 as my inspiration. I just moved the paper over to the left because I wanted more of it to show and added epoxy dots instead of a sentiment. I had this image on my desk with buttons that I pulled for it earlier in the year but never made a card with it. I needed a card for a regular customer so I thought this image would work perfectly. This image is from a paper pack I bought a couple years ago. It has several journal cards with images on them. I ended up using several this year to make quick cards. I used Freshly Made Sketches #268 for my inspiration.
So Tuesday after my root canal I decided to clean up a pile on my craft room floor. In doing so I made this card. When trying to come up with ideals last month if I saw a sketch that sparked an ideal I set it aside with the product that I thought would work with it. This was one of those so I made it instead of putting the stuff away. The JOY was actually on a journaling card that came with the paper pack but the patterned paper it was on was not clicking for me. So I cut the JOY out and put it on solid paper and liked it a lot better. The sketch that inspired this card was Try Stampin’ on Tuesday #289. I turned the sketch on it’s side.
So last year I found one sheet of each of this paper and decided to buy it even though I struggle using the journaling cards. Since everything is on there sometimes I feel the card is too plain. But I decided to see how many I could make up in one night and I made 5!! I will post the others later but this one was inspired by Anna’s card as part of the April Inspirational Card Challenge so I wanted to post it. Thanks Anna for the inspiration!!
