I have a customer that has an older lady friend that he is like a nephew too so I decided he needed to send her a springtime card! She loves the garden and figured she could use happy mail during the quarantine. Then I ended up making two alike so I decided my best friend, Cheryl, needed a happy mail card too so she got the Hello Sunshine.
Cutting out a different photo journaling card I had that pink frame left over. That flower piece is another journaling card and it fit over it perfectly so I put them together. Then I saw Sketch #360 at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge and used the “springtime” cut from same paper to put the card together!

As I was working on Easter Cards I saw this photo journaling card and got to thinking about how I could turn into a Easter Card. I came up with the ideal to add the dots and the rest of the sentiment. I had my friend make it sound good and this was the finished product. I came up with this ideal because I like the fun part of Easter but also remember that Jesus is the reason for Easter. I sent this to my new adopted Niece and Nephews and they loved it!
April Inspirational Card Challenge – Inspirational Photo – I went with the Easter theme and the eggs.
SUPPLIES: Cardstock: Bazzill (Blue Oasis) Patterned Paper and Journaling Photo Card: Doodlebug (Bunnyville) Accents/Tools: pop dots, Queen & Co pink dots
One of the ladies wanted a card for her dad that is into gardening and native Nebraska flowers. So I learned that the daisy is a native Nebraska flower! So I added the flowers to the journaling photo card and then used Sketch #594 at Cards with Connie & Mary (I flipped it).
I made two cards so I decided to give one to my friend Dale.

So I make cards for a guy at work and then I also make cards for his mother. I made Easter cards for the mother to give to her friends and son (watercolor paper cross card). Then I made this card for the son to give to his mother (parents). She wrote me today and said she loved it! The mom likes flowers so when I saw the journaling photo card I knew to pair it with this bright happy flower paper! I cut down the journaling card and put the dotted frame around it. I used Create with Connie & Mary Sketch #598 as my inspiration. I used a flower punch to add to the strip below the egg. Because some of the journaling photo cards are big I bought 6 1/4 x 6 1/4 envelopes so this card is 6 x 6. It’s big but not too big.
I made 2 of these and sent one of these to my Aunt Barb! Happy Mail!!

I needed a card for a lady to give her son. So he got the green/yellow one since that was more manly. I used an older image from Clearly Digi Stamps (no longer in business). Since I’m not good with inks and watercolor I used paper that was already done for me!!

While looking at my supplies I saw this train and remembered a sketch I had seen which I thought would pair together great. One of the ladies at work just told me her mom likes trains so this will be for her to give to her mom. Sketch: MFTWSC475
So when I did the Easter Train card I decided to not use the cart with the paint brushes and used the jelly bean one instead. So in wanting to use up that sticker I thought it would pair with the paint brush and egg stickers on the same sheet. I then saw the sketch MFTWSC474 and it worked perfectly!
